There is a definite thing you are here for. You are made for a purpose in which you will find your joy, fulfillment, and happiness.
So every one of us has an excellent reason for existence in a time like this. You were born and raised for that purpose.
The way you were brought up when you have found your purpose you will realize it has just made you beautiful. That pain you thought has ruined you, will turn out to be the glory of our God.
He has a way of making all things beautiful and turning every disadvantage into an advantage. Trust God you have a great destiny.
You have to find just where it is. This post is going to help you find just that.
Nature of a purpose
Your purpose is definite, so specific. You’re not finding it will cost someone, a nation, and territories.
Before you were formed God had a purpose for you before you were even born. Your story is written in heaven by God himself.
Am sure you know only those who are great have books written about them. But God’s purpose for your life only begins when you are born again.
1 . Your purpose is in Christ
Ephesians 1:11. In whom (Christ) also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him ……..
So outside of Christ, we don’t have anything no purpose, no inheritance, and very void. So your purpose is in JESUS CHRIST and him alone. If you have not given your life to him now is the time.
Your purpose is also tied to a certain geographical area, certain people, and nationalities. You are at the right place to step right into God’s purpose for your life. Outside of Christ, you bear no fruit.
2 Your purpose has a time
Ecclesiastes 3:1
To everything, there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven.
Your purpose in this life is for a certain time and a certain generation, people, and nation.
There is a generation that awaits you. You are an answer to someone’s prayer. You carry national answers and solutions in you.
Jeremiah was a prophet over nations your destiny is no less.
Esther 4:14 Who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this
Your purpose shows something about God.
Your purpose shows something about God.
The achievement of your purpose gives glory to your father who is in heaven. In Ephesians, the word says “according to his eternal purpose….”. The word purpose means to place a thing in view. Why would God set you in view?
The word says we are a house on a hill that is shining and the kings of the earth shall come to you.
You are a child of the most high and you reflect God’s glory on you. There is the seed of God in you that he wants to show the world through you.
God is not going to reach out of heaven and touch someone when you are here.
Not saying he does not answer prayer directly he does. He has given you the right to rule in his stead.
You are God’s point of contact with the fallen human race and the world. What is it that you should show as a Child of God, that thing is your purpose.
Go out there and unreservedly showcase, exhibit, and manifest your Father’s character.
What you should do to step into your purpose
1 Be born again
The word says “You can not see the kingdom of God unless you are born again (John 3vs 3).
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life.
When you are born again you are now born of the word of God and the spirit this means you have the very nature of God as a child of the most High.
You have the very life of God -everlasting and abundant. Everything Good belongs to you and you can now live as God does, a life of the supernatural. Peace, Grace, and life itself is at work in you.
It does not matter where you’ve been all that you’ve been through or what you have done before: you are a new creature in Christ -perfect with no records of wrong. The kingdom of God awaits to celebrate with you.
Accept Christ today and step into your God-given purpose.
Let’s pray together
Father thank you for the complete sacrifice you made on the cross for me. I believe that you rose from the dead and I overcame for me.
Your word says you will not reject them that come to you and you can save to the uttermost them that believe. Your word says If I believe In my heart and confess with my mouth I shall be saved. Father thank you for justifying me.
I receive your forgiveness and your life now. From today I am a child of God born of the incorruptible word. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray.
Now you are born again and a new creature or species.
2 Know who you are
When you are born again you have a completely different identity,
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!
Now that you know you are a new creature in Christ Jesus, knowing yourself will help you make decisions that are in line with who you are. The word is a mirror to show you.
We are made in the likeness of God, we are like him. Find out what is compatible with your new self and then pursue your purpose.
Your purpose is exactly suitable for who you are. Not just your personality but your identity in Christ, as a child of God, as a king, as a priest. You are royalty there, carry yourself like one.
By all means possible find yourself out there. The whole world awaits you just you and your God. Find yourself.
Jesus said “ … a body you have prepared for me “ Your body is exactly compatible with what you should be doing and the place you should be doing it.
3 Know your God
“.You have to know who he is, what he can do, what he loves, what he hates, and what he says because “the people who know their God shall prove themselves strong and shall stand firm and do exploits [for God] (Daniel 11:32).”
Know your God because you will have to follow him. And sometimes you will hear him and then everyone questions you about it and because you know him you will stand firm and be strong and do exploits for him.
Since you know him you can trust him, when he guides you. You have to know him enough that when he speaks you know it’s him.
Know your God and you are on the way to being a wonder in this world
4 Let God guide you …
Since he created you he knows exactly what you are made for and he knows your capabilities, what will cause you pain, and what will make you smile. Will it not be the most logical thing to let him guide you through every single step of your way?
Isaiah 58:11 And the Lord shall guide you continually and satisfy you. He promised that he is so willing to lead you and be the shepherd who feeds guides and shields you, and leads you in paths of righteousness Psalm 23
He is still speaking and Our God is a talking God. Only if you would listen to his voice
He is still saying, “Follow me and I will make you ……” Mathew 4:19.
His way of thinking is higher than your way of thinking and his thoughts are not exactly your thoughts. The moment you let him do the leading you are headed straight for the top.
Those who are led by God are his sons and his sons manifest as liberators, wonders, and signs. You are a wonder in this world in the name of Jesus.
5 PRAY
Prayer makes things move and makes God move in ways he would not have moved if you had not prayed.
It positions you to hear God and see as you should.
The most dangerous person is the one who is praying, knows who he is praying to and his position as a praying person, that’s you.
Shake the world with your prayer, move those mountains, shut those lions, and do exploits.
Every prayer you pray in the name of Jesus is heard on high and heaven moves on your behalf. You are a royal priest. As a priest pray and as a king decree.
If you do not pray God will not move on your behalf unless someone prays. I trust you understand me. What prayer cannot do more prayer will always do. Pray child of God! Then you will step into the Supernatural.
James 5:16 The continuous prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available. This is miracle miracle-working power. Prayer is inviting the hand of God into a situation.
When you pray, learn to listen because God speaks to those who enquire from him.
Pray without ceasing 1 Thessalonians 5:17
6 Learn from others
They are people who already found their purposes, those are the people you should watch and learn from.
Paul says be a follower of me as I am a follower of Christ. There are people God already put around you and they will help you step into your calling.
May the Lord help you see your destiny helpers when they come I pray in the mighty name of Jesus
7 Examine yourself
God did not give you a purpose you would not love or like.
You will always be full of Joy and contentment in the perfect will of God. You will have to find out what you love with all you have.
If it’s not godly but you love it then find something else that is godly.
Let us say you love singing for God then maybe he has called you into praise and worship.
For example, Kim Walker says I love singing and worshipping in her book Brave Surrender and that is exactly what God called her to do.

Maybe you love writing, preaching work, or missionary work ask him maybe that’s exactly what you are supposed to be doing for the kingdom of God.
Just make sure what you love is consistent with the Word and your nature as a child of God
8 Associate with the right people
Who you associate with matters much. If they are destiny helpers then the opposite is also true. People come for a reason and a season in your life.
Some will kill your destiny and some will help you achieve it. Do Not commit to anyone before you discern for what purpose have they come into your life.
The word says and Jesus committed himself to no man because he knew them. Before you throw yourself at anyone ask the Lord about your commitment to that person. He is always ready to reveal things to you.
Some will push you right into your destiny, and mold you into the person you are supposed to become.
I pray to the Father in the name of Jesus that you can identify them when they come into your life.
We are all called to different sectors of the society. It does not matter matter you are called into the music industry, sports arena, computers or science, philanthropy or ministry just know God has a great destiny for you.
You must find it and seek the author and finisher of our faith, the manufacturer of our destinies, and the one who wrote our great stories before the beginning of time.
